How Page Aspen Line guides offline wallet holders from intake through bound disaster recovery documentation.
From scattered notes to a single volume
Offline wallet recovery fails when information lives in incompatible formats: a steel plate in a safe, a passphrase hint in a phone note, a wallet label only on the device screen. Our process consolidates what heirs need without turning your recovery record into a duplicate of your seed backup.
Stage 1: Intake (15–20 minutes)
You describe how many wallets you maintain, what backup types you use (paper, steel, secondary device), and who should be able to follow heir instructions. We estimate section count, session length, and binding timeline. No seed phrases are collected during intake.
Stage 2: Documentation session
At our Nam-gu office or via secure video, you work through the ledger template with a facilitator. Sections include:
- Wallet inventory — Labels, device types, creation dates
- Derivation notes — Paths and passphrase hint fields (you complete sensitive entries in private if preferred)
- Backup location map — Physical sites, container IDs, last verification dates
- Heir instructions — Step order written for someone who may not use hardware wallets daily
- Verification log — Annual check dates and what was confirmed
Private rooms are available. Heirs may attend if you want them to hear the explanation live.
Stage 3: Draft review
You receive a draft layout before binding. One revision cycle is included: section reordering, additional divider tabs, or clarified heir wording. We do not edit seed content—you verify accuracy yourself.
Stage 4: Binding & delivery
Approved drafts move to our bindery. Linen-thread binding, hard cover, foil spine label, and archival slipcase are standard. Pick up at Office 9, 36 Demo-ro, Nam-gu, Busan 00000, or choose registered domestic courier.
Stage 5: Ongoing verification
We recommend an annual verification entry: confirm backups remain at mapped locations and update wallet labels if you migrated devices. Rebinding, duplicate volumes, and follow-up consultations are available as your holdings evolve.
