Refund Policy

Effective date: 1 January 2025

Overview

This policy applies to Custom Recovery Record Books, Documentation Consultations, Workshop Sessions, and Rebinding services ordered from Page Aspen Line. We do not sell downloadable software or subscription access through this website.

Consultations and workshops

Documentation Consultation (90 minutes): Full refund if you cancel at least forty-eight hours before the scheduled start. Cancellations within forty-eight hours forfeit the session fee unless we can fill the slot.

Workshop Session: Full refund if you cancel at least seven days before the workshop date. Cancellations within seven days receive a fifty percent credit toward a future workshop within six months.

No-shows: Session or workshop fees are non-refundable if you do not attend without prior notice.

Custom Recovery Record Books

Deposit: A forty percent deposit is required after intake. Deposits are refundable if you cancel before the documentation session is held.

After session, before binding: If you cancel after completing the documentation session but before binding begins, the deposit is retained to cover session time and template preparation. Any additional payments are refunded.

After binding begins: No refund once your approved draft enters production. If we deliver a volume with binding defects attributable to our workshop, we will repair or rebind at no charge.

Courier damage: Report shipping damage within forty-eight hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange replacement binding or partial refund depending on damage extent.

Rebinding and replacement

Quotes are provided after inspection. If you decline a quoted rebinding fee, a ₩15,000 assessment charge applies and your volume is returned. No work proceeds without your written approval.

Non-refundable items

• Completed consultations and attended workshops
• Materials purchased specifically for your order (custom foil dies, leather upgrades) once ordered
• Courier fees for delivered items
• Rush surcharges when rush work was performed

Refund method and timing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within fourteen business days. Bank transfers may require additional processing time depending on your institution.

Rescheduling

One free reschedule is permitted for consultations if requested at least forty-eight hours in advance. Workshop groups may reschedule once if we have capacity on a future date.

Cancellations by Page Aspen Line

If we cancel a workshop due to low enrollment or studio closure, you receive a full refund or transfer to the next available date.

How to request a refund

Email contact@page-aspenline.click with your name, order date, and reason. Include appointment or order reference numbers if available.
