Case note: three-city backup map
A client held backups in Busan, Seoul, and a family property in Jeju. Their original notes listed box numbers without city context. During a documentation session we introduced a location grid: city, container type, last verified date, and which wallet labels the container references.
The bound volume included a single-page map with color-coded tabs matching physical labels on each container. The heir section referenced the same color codes.
