1. Agreement
By accessing page-aspenline.click or engaging Page Aspen Line for record book binding, consultations, workshops, or rebinding services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the website or our services.
2. Services
Page Aspen Line provides physical disaster recovery record books, documentation consultations, workshops, and rebinding for clients who maintain offline wallet holdings. We do not provide wallet recovery, key restoration, financial planning, legal advice, or digital asset custody.
3. Website use
You may use this website for lawful, informational purposes. You may not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape content for misleading republication, or use automated means to overload our infrastructure.
4. Intellectual property
Website text, layout, ledger section templates, and studio photography are owned by Page Aspen Line or used under license. You may not reproduce our structured templates for commercial distribution without written permission. Content you provide during sessions remains yours; we do not claim ownership of your wallet labels or personal notes.
5. Confidentiality and client materials
We design sessions to minimize exposure of sensitive recovery data. You are responsible for what you choose to write in your ledger. We do not guarantee that paper records are immune from theft, fire, or loss—clients must select storage appropriate to their risk.
6. Orders, deposits, and quotes
Written quotes are valid for thirty days unless otherwise stated. Deposits for commissioned books are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy. Pricing on the website is informational; final fees are confirmed in writing before work begins.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Page Aspen Line is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or our services, including loss of digital assets, loss of access to wallets, or heir misunderstanding of documentation.
Our total liability for any claim relating to a specific order is limited to the fees paid for that order.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Page Aspen Line against claims arising from your misuse of the website, your inaccurate documentation, or your violation of these terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Busan, South Korea, unless mandatory consumer protection rules require otherwise.
10. Changes
We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
